Perennial Design collaborated with a Falls Church family to thoughtfully reimagine a generously sized powder room into a fully functional ensuite bathroom for the ground-level bedroom. The redesign introduced a custom arched shower enclosure that instantly elevates the space while improving utility and flow. By integrating the new bathroom into the existing floor plan, Perennial Design delivered a cohesive extension of the home that now offers privacy and convenience for guests or multi-generational living.
The clients were drawn to the richness of medium-toned wood finishes, playful wet jet mosaic floors, and the timeless charm of floral-patterned wallpaper. Arched detailing and warm brass accents became the guiding elements throughout the space, appearing in everything from the vanity mirror to the lighting and hardware. Together, these materials created a bathroom that feels nostalgic and elevated—balancing vintage sensibilities with modern craftsmanship in a way that reflects the family’s personality and design vision.
